If you would like to exchange the product to a size bigger or smaller, here is how that will work:
- Write a mail to email@example.com requesting exchange.
- Mention the order id and customer details on the mail. Also mention the new size you need.
- Once you get the confirmation from the customer support team about the size, ship the product back to the mentioned address – No 10, I block, First main road, Anna nagar east, Chennai – 600102.
- The exchange window is 7 days. No exchange will be entertained beyond 7 days
- Once the product reaches us, it will be returned to the warehouse where it will be checked for damages. Once the warehouse deems the product to have not been tampered with, the exchange process will be initiated.
- In case the customer is not able to return the product, and wants the Yellowsoles team to arrange for return, then return shipments are charged at Rs120/- per product.
- The new changed size product will be delivered to you in 5 – 7 business days, at charges applicable – Rs70/-.
- In case the new size is not available, then you will have to follow the return/refund process.
- If the size issue still persist, the customer continues to bear the shipping charges(Rs 120 for return, and Rs 70 for sending the new size).
- Yellowsoles will bear only the first shipping charges(for orders above Rs2000/-). Any return and exchange shipping charges to be solely borne by the customer.
EXCHANGE – CUSTOMISATION
In case of a customised product, it is to be noted that only one time size exchange can be done. The size exchange will also be charged depending on the shoe selected. The shipping charges for return and exchange of size will also be borne by the customer, as mentioned above. If you would like to return the product you have purchased, here is how that will work:
- Write a mail to email@example.com requesting return.
- Mention the order id and customer details on the mail. Also mention the reason for return.
- Once the customer support team has sent a mail of confirmation about the return, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the mentioned address – No 10, I block, First main road, Anna nagar east, Chennai – 600102.
- After the product reaches us, it will be returned to the warehouse where it will be checked for damages. Once the warehouse deems the product to have not been tampered with, the return process is completed.
- Yellowsoles.com reserves the right to refuse the return of a product if it is found to have been tampered with.
RETURN – CUSTOMISATION
No return shall be entertained in case of customised shoes.
Here are the steps you need to follow for the refund process:
- Once the warehouse has received the product and the order has been thoroughly checked, we will initiate the refund process.
- It is mandatory to have a Yellowsoles account for the refund amount to reflect in your account wallet.
- Refund process generally takes 5 working days.
- In case the mode of payment is COD, note that the additional COD charges applicable (Rs 50/-) won’t be refunded.
- The shipping charges borne by the customer won’t be refunded.
- Once the refund amount has been put into your wallet, you can use this amount to purchase any product on our site.
- In case yellowsoles.com has found the returned product damaged or tampered with, they reserve the right to reject refunding the amount.
REFUND – CUSTOMISATION
No refund or store credit will be given in case of customisation.
Please note: As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once our products are sold they can be exchanged for a replacement or for store credit.
The refund/exchange process should be initiated in less than 7 days from the time the product has been delivered.
